Won a USD $4 million value from the District People’s Court First Trial and is continuing to prepare for an appellate trial at the HCMC People’s Court with a compensation claim equivalent to USD $15 million. Our client – a Malaysian investor – was in a lawsuit against a representative of a state-owned enterprise that violated a business cooperation contract in the field of e-gaming.
